I first made these Blueberry Croissant Stuffed French Toast (…drool…) for Father’s Day and it was a HUGE hit! We love french toast in my house and we love IHOP’s stuffed french toast even more. But I really wanted to make it on my own. One day I decided to take it up a notch by using croissants on a whim. The light airy croissant pairs perfect with the light cream cheese filling. And it’s best topped off with this homemade blueberry syrup!
