Wow guys! We made it! It’s finally reveal time for the Fall 2019 One Room Challenge and I know you’re just as excited as I am to scope out all of the design inspo. You guys have supported me and cheered me on when I could barely keep up. I’m so grateful for you! By far the most challenging part of this makeover was juggling life because it felt like any and everything kept getting in the way of me and finishing. But that’s what makes this reveal that more special to me. I did it! And I’m so proud of how it turned out.
Before I share with you the full reveal, here’s a reminder of what the before looked like. You can also catch up on my week to week progress below.

Fall 2019 ORC Reveal
As much as I looovvveeee feature walls and trim work, I really wanted to keep things pretty classic. I went with a recessed panel look because it seems to flow better with the existing trim in our home.
My must have item for this room was by far the wallpaper. I went back and forth with myself for about a week before actually settling on it. It was like I knew I needed it but was too afraid to make the commitment. I’m so glad I did. This wallpaper made such a huge impact.
For every room I design in our home, I strive for cozy vibes. Our new dining room is nothing short of that. I lend that to a mix of calming blues and warm tans along with lots and lots of texture.
Originally I wanted to go with a curio style cabinet but after spending so much time in the room, I didn’t want the cabinet to cover the beautiful trim work.
I decided on a sideboard from Ikea which is so gorgeous but was a pain to put together.
