A refreshingly simple non-alcoholic grapefruit rosemary mocktail.
I love a good cocktail and I also love a good mocktail. Recently I’ve been trying a little harder to kick my habit of eating and drinking unnecessary sugar. But, I have to admit, I’m not the biggest water drinker. I love grapefruit drinks (just the drinks not the actual grapefruit. Weird, right?) so I wanted to share a super simple grapefruit rosemary mocktail with you this week.

This grapefruit mocktail is super easy to make and doesn’t require added sugar. The rosemary is a great addition which gives it a nice twist. Some mocktails include making a simple syrup using the rosemary, which intensifies the rosemary flavor.

For this recipe, the rosemary is added to the drink and the longer it sits, the more intense the rosemary flavor becomes. You could even muddle the rosemary just a bit to bring out more of the herbs flavors.
To give this grapefruit and rosemary mocktail some fizz I used grapefruit flavored Zevia and Free Tree grapefruit flavored sparking water. I topped it off with fresh squeezed grapefruit juice for the perfect mix of sweet and a tad bitter.

If you want to make this grapefruit rosemary recipe into a cocktail, I’ve tried it with a splash of cointrea, tequila, fresh lime and a splash of agave. And if you love this recipe, you would absolutely love my Watermelon Cocktail recipe.
