Frozen Fruit and Yogurt Pops

Quick and easy healthy frozen yogurt snack that can be made in minutes!

  • Popsicle Mold
  • Blender or Food Processor


  • 1 5.4 oz. Greek Non-Fat Yogurt Cup flavor of your choice
  • 2 tbs Honey
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced divided
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries divided
  • 1/4 cup fresh pineapple, diced divided
  • 1/2 banana, sliced


  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Set aside half of the strawberries, blueberries and pineapple.
  • Place the fresh fruit in the tops of the popsicle molds. Fill each popsicle mold with the yogurt mixture. Add any remaining fruit and place in the freezer for at least 4-5 hours or until frozen.
  • Remove from molds, eat and enjoy!


Use any combination of fruit you like!
