Happy 2017 Friends! It seems like the overwhelming majority of people felt 2016 was full of lows with a few highs scattered in between. For me, the year was all about growth and beginning to realize my purpose. But with that came tons of self doubt and fear. More so than any other time in my life. To start the new year off on a great note I’m vowing to become the best version of myself! I love to see people succeed and feel good about themselves, which is what inspired me to create the ‘Your Best You’ Workbook!
This workbook contains 30 days of positive affirmations along with reflections to help you begin thinking positively. If you’re wondering what this has to do with a home blog, let me explain. Your home should be your sacred place. A place where you can be completely vulnerable, worship, spend time with family and feel immeasurable amounts of love. But, for many of us, we bring all of our problems from the outside world into our home. We’re short tempered with our spouses or children because we’ve had a bad day. We let any and everyone into our home knowing that some people leave their baggage at your doorstep. This workbook is not about being unkind to people and making them feel unwelcome, but it’s about protecting your sacred space. Both your home and your hearts. And about loving yourself.
Below you will find a printable workbook to follow along with. There’s no email subscription to sign up to or spammy emails. It’s completely free for you to come back and download as many times as you’d like. There’s no obligation to particpate and no committments to me. But I would like you to make a committment to yourself. To dedicate a few minutes of your day to speak positivity into your life and a few minutes to reflect on your day. I then challenge you to share this with someone else. Someone who is ready to make a committment to themselves.
I will be starting this journey as well today! Please find Home on Poplar Creek on Facebook and follow me there! I’ll be checking in weekly to see how everyone is progressing!
